Refunds
All purchases made are final. Memberships are not available for refunds. Commissions may be refunded on request only if the commissioned images are not made available within 1 month after purchase.
Code of Conduct
Proxima Art retains the right to moderate all activities on its platform. Comments, images, or any other content shared by users may be removed without notice if deemed inappropriate by Proxima Art. Inappropriate content includes:
- Harassment of other users or the administrator.
- Hateful language or calls to violence.
- Content or discourse promoting or depicting children in sexualized, pornographic, or abusive manners.
- Any other content deemed inappropriate or offensive by Proxima Art.
Accounts violating the code of conduct may be subject to suspension or be restricted from commenting.
Memberships
Members get access to exclusive art for viewing and/or download. On purchasing a membership, users agree to use exclusive art made by Proxima Art for personal use only. Users may not distribute exclusive art without prior approval from Proxima Art. Members violating these terms or the code of conduct will be provided a written warning. If the violation continues, the users membership and/or account may be suspended.
Commissions
Customer satisfaction on commission purchases is not guaranteed. The result may not be exactly as desired, and some details may be changed due to the limitations of image generation. If users are not satisfied with their commission, they may request an edit from Proxima Art. However, Proxima Art is not required to make any modifications to commissions after they have been released. Any modifications are up to the discretion of Proxima Art.
